30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vlogmate Mini. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition and in original packaging.
- All included accessories (remote, cables, mount) must be returned.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- Photos of the item if it is damaged or defective
Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
2-Year Warranty
All Vlogmate Mini products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use
- AMOLED screen display issues not caused by physical impact
- Defective cables or accessories included in the box
- Connectivity failures under normal operating conditions
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage caused by drops, impacts, or misuse
- Water or liquid damage
- Damage from unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear
