All orders are processed within 1 business day. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. We dispatch from our warehouse Monday through Friday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Vlogmate Mini. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
- Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
- Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is defective.
2-Year Warranty
Every Vlogmate Mini comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.
- Screen display issues not caused by physical damage.
- Connectivity issues with the included cables and accessories.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure, or unauthorised modifications. To make a warranty claim, contact [email protected] with proof of purchase.
